Teapots

My grandmother was from England and whenever there was a happening, be it happy, sad or just a quiet visit time, she served tea. So working on teapots was a natural for me. I also love to work with the movement they provide. I am very attracted to working on objects that Hold something. I see them as holding love, character and memories.

Each is made from an original porcelains armature. The images gets painted and then each individual seed bead is placed by hand using surgical tweezers. Most are enhanced with various other semi-precious larger beads, Swarovski crystals and metal elements.

If you have a special family teapot to be preserved in an artistic manner, I would be happy to work with it! I do take special commissions.
